What are the signs he is in love? Is there a blinking neon sign above his head? Should you watch out for heart-shaped eyes? Well, those indicators dont really exist in real life. Not literally anyway.
However, there are ways to find out whether a man is in love with you or not. If you master them all, its as good as having that person tell you personally! Here are some of the signs he is in love.
1) He introduces you to his inner circle.
Guys move around in different circles. However, its the innermost circle that really counts in this case. This exclusive group includes his family and his best buds.
One of the signs he is in love with you is when you are introduced to these people. When this happens, dont start panicking. It doesnt automatically mean hes going to ask you to marry him.
And dont be intimidated by these people either. Just be the girl he fell for in the first place.
2) He talks about marriage.
Guys will never bring up the topic of marriage with a girl hes not serious about. So when your man starts talking wedding bells or future plans, thats one of the sure signs he is in love with you.
Simple things like I wonder what our children would look like or When we get married are ways of telling you that he would like to carry your relationship on until you two are old and gray.
3) He uses the word We instead of just I.
People who are serious about each other eventually see themselves as a unit. Im not saying that two people who are in love should have all the same likes and dislikes.
Its just that guys who use we more than just I are telling the world that they are no longer bachelors. They are telling others that they are now ready to face the challenges life has to offer with their special someone by their side.
Sometimes, this shift of pronouns is a conscious effort to strengthen the relationship. But most of the time, guys change their pronoun setting without being fully aware of it.
These are some of the tell tale signs he is in love. Its not always about how often he agrees with you or how much money hes willing to spend on you that seals the deal. Sometimes, its about the little things like introducing you to his family, including you in his activities, or daydreaming about your future together.

Sad Heart, Happy Heart. Here’s How To Keep It Ticking Happily
It may be an age old symbol of emotion, but everyone knows that the human heart is really nothing more than a pump. Or is it? New research suggests a direct link between your state of mind and the state of your heart. Here’s how to keep it ticking happily.
You’ve seen it on TV. A hospital humming with urgent activity, the echo of footsteps on shiny floors, a roomful of white coated figures, and an unbroken note that pierces the air. A flurry of gloves, a jolt of electrical energy, and the note shifts into a regular, rhythmic pattern. The human heart, pulsing back into life.
But the industrious organ that shepherds your blood and its vital cargo of oxygen through the body is also an age old symbol of emotion. Be it aching or breaking or brimming with love, the heart has always overruled the brain as the supposed wellspring of the way we feel.
As it turns out, this may not be such a fanciful notion. A growing body of clinical research seems to confirm what poets and songwriters have long proclaimed. There’s a real and direct link between our hearts and our minds. Or to put it in the language of the white coated figure; psychosocial factors may present stronger risks for acute myocardial infarction than diabetes, smoking, hypertension and obesity. Which means that stress at work or home, along with your perceived ability to cope with life, can significantly increase your risk of heart disease. The mortality rate in heart failure patients with major depression is two and a half times higher than in heart patients without depression.
Yet, depression in heart failure patients often goes undiagnosed. This is partly because of the overlap in the symptoms of the two conditions (among them: fatigue, loss of energy, poor appetite, and sleep disturbance) and partly because many patients see depression as a character weakness or personality flaw, when it’s really a common clinical condition that affects as many as one out of five patients with heart disease.
It is here that the big question of cause and effect comes to mind. Is depression a natural consequence of the life changing impact of heart failure? Or is heart failure a likely outcome of the physical effects of depression? The answer, in both cases, is yes. If you’re depressed or anxious, you are more likely to develop a cardiovascular problem. How, exactly?
A heart attack is cause by a blocked blood vessel to the heart and depression is one of the known contributors to the development of such a blockage. Inside the blood vessels we find the lumen, where the blood is able to flow. Factors such as smoking, high cholesterol and depression can cause fatty deposits to accumulate on the wall, forming a plaque that juts into the lumen. If this plaque becomes damaged or ruptured, your body’s repair system shoots to the rescue, building a blood clot to patch up the gash.
But the clot also seals off the artery’s lumen, blocking the blood flow and leading to possible bypass surgery. Depression is a risk factor for heart disease, but heart disease is also a cause of depression. When your heart is heavy, you may lose your natural inclination to get out and get active, and you’re more likely to drink and smoke and eat the wrong things. Heart failure patients should be screened for depression and treated when depression is found to be present. This may help to improve the patient’s quality of life, and potentially improve long term outcomes.
But it’s not only all up to the doctors. We all need to learn how to make our hearts happy. The heart is an easy organ to please. It all begins with proper exercise and nutrition. Nobody can change their family history, but we can all do something about the foods we eat and the activities we do.
A healthy diet consists of the four essentials: Fats, Fiber, Fruit and Vegetables.
Your body doesn’t need a lot of fat to stay healthy, so try to keep your fat intake low. Fiber is a must because it lowers your cholesterol and fills you up so you eat less. Physical activity is equally important. It boosts your circulation, reduces stress levels and stimulates the release of happy hormones or endorphins. Even if you have a heart condition, exercise can help you get back on track.
Goal number one? Do whatever it takes to keep your heart happy. Love your body. Live your life. And above all, never lose heart.

Lost Soul
“There are times when the souls of the dead roam around and live like they’re alive. Not knowing their fate, the dead sometimes cannot accept DEATH.”
“Doctor! Doctor! We’re losing her.” The nurse exclaimed.
“Prepare for CPR.” The doctor commanded.
February 22, 2001 at Maxwell Hospital, doctors and nurses were doing their best in saving an innocent being that was striving, fighting for her life.
“Where am I? Ouch! My head.” Lynette mumbled.
“Did I hit my head while I’m sleeping? It’s extremely painful. Ouch! Why am I here? She asked with confusion.
“That’s odd I can’t remember anything about yesterday.”
An ideal daughter and the best friend that’s what Lynette Marshall was, an obedient, lovely and intelligent daughter. The only child of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall.
She stood up and reached for her diary and begun to write…
February 23, 2001
Dear Diary,
Today i woke up with my head extremely painful. Maybe i hit my head while I'm sleeping. But anyway it's a little bit odd that i cannot remember anything about yesterday. I'm not that old to be forgetful you know. But it bothers mee a lot. I hope can remember it before this day end.
By the way, last night i dreamt of a girl who was rushed in the hospital with blood all over herface. I didn't see her face that much. She opened her eyes then suddenly it turned black...
Lynette turned the page back to see if what she had written yesterday, February 22 but there was no February 22 written in her diary. She begun to think deep while watching the hands of the clock move but she has no memory of yesterday not even a single detail of what happened.
After dressing up she went to the dining area to have breakfast. Her mother is usually the one who prepare breakfast but today, nothing was prepared. Lynette wondered why. She called her mother but no answer. She went outside the garden to see if she was there but she was not. Then she went to her parent’s room; still she cannot find her, not even a trace of her father.
“ Where could have they gone?” Lynette asked herself as she left the house for school.
Lynette’s school is only 100 meters away from home so everyday she walks 100 meters from home to school. She passes through Campbell Street and crosses the highway, which is in front of the school. As she cross, she noticed that were candles lighted in front of the school and the school gate was closed. There were no classes.
“That’s weird, why would they light candles in front of a school? And why is the school closed? Today is February 23, Friday, how can there’s no classes. I don’t remember the school announcing that there will be no classes today. It’s not even a holiday.” Lynette asked with confusion.
As she thinks deeper and deeper, remembering all things happened yesterday her head started to ache again. It was too painful that she knelt because of it. But not noticing it, she knelt beside the lighted candles. Then the pain was gone...there was silence.
She has nowhere to go but to head for home. Expecting that her parents were back, she excitedly called for them.
“Mom! Dad! I’m home.” Lynette shouted happily.
“ I went to school but I didn’t know there were no classes today.” She explained.
“Mom? Dad?” She called but still her parents weren’t there.
“Where could have they gone? How could they leave me alone? She asked herself.
She was alone, waiting for her parents to arrive. She decided to go to their neighbor’s house to play with Nanette, her classmate but no one’s their too. She went home disappointed. She sat down on a chair, leaning on the window patiently waiting. She was depressed and cried.
“Why is everyone around me are gone? Why?” she cried all day until she fell asleep.
The phone rang. She woke up. She excitedly stood up and hoping that it was a call from her parents, rushed to where the phone is. But before she can even lift the phone, the answering machine beeped.
“ Hi this is Mrs. Marshall speaking. We are the Sunrise Funeral Homes right now. Please leave a message.”
Upon hearing the message, Lynette rushed to the funeral home without any idea why her parents were there. As she reached the funeral home, she noticed that people from their neighborhood were gathered there as well as her teachers and classmates. As she entered the open door of the funeral home, her heart beats faster and faster there she saw her mother crying over the coffin. Wondering who was in there, she approached the coffin. Again there was pain. Her head suddenly ached again. She leaned on the glass. She froze. She can’t believe what she saw. It was her body. She ran.
Now it’s clear for her why her parents were not at home. Now it’s clear why the school was close, the lighted candles… why she can’t remember anything about yesterday.
February 22 at 7:30 am, while Lynette Marshall was crossing the street, a speeding car was insight. She did not notice it because she was in hurry, not wanting to be late for school. The car beeped but it’s too late. Lynette was hit. Blood was dripping from her head. She was rushed in the hospital. The doctors tried to save her but they can’t do anything. She died.
As new day start for the living, her spirit still roam around as if she was still alive. She continued the things she was doing not knowing she was already dead. She was confused as things around her started to become weird and freaky.
All along, as she found out the truth, she thought she was still alive. She doesn’t know what happened. She doesn’t want to accept reality.

Thinking And Emotion
What goes on in your head is another factor in a healthy lifestyle and successful weight management. The way you think about yourself and your world influences, and is influenced by, how you fell and how you act. Certain kinds of thinking produce negative emotions, which can undermine a healthy lifestyle.
When we compare ourselves to an internally held picture of an “ideal self,” we are more likely to feel low self-esteem and negative emotion. The “ideal self” we envision is often the result of having adopted perfectionistic goals and believes “If I don’t go things perfectly, I’m a failure” or “It’s terrible if I’m not thin. “When we accept these irrational beliefs, we may actually cause ourselves stress and emotion conflict. The remedy is to challenge such beliefs and replace them with more realistic ones.
The beliefs and attitudes you hold give rise to self-talk, an internal dialogue you carry on with yourself about events that happen to and around you. When you talk yourself through the steps of a job and then praise yourself when it’s successfully completed, you are engaging in positive self-talk. When you make self-deprecating remarks or angry and guilt-producing comments and when you blame yourself unnecessarily, you are engaging in negative self-talk. Negative self-talk can undermine efforts at self-control and lead to feelings of anxiety and depression.
Your beliefs and attitudes influence how you interpret what happens to you and what you can expect in the future, as well a how you feel and react. Realistic beliefs and goals as well as positive self-talk and problem-solving efforts support a healthy lifestyle.
High levels of well-being among elders, especially those who remain independent. Although depression is one of the most common psychological effects of aging, it is most common among institutionalized and low-income people. Researchers believe that depression is related to the loss of receptors for the neurotransmitter serotonin. Loss of these receptors also may cause cognitive difficulties.
In later life, life transitions and stressful events can become frequent companions that increase the likelihood and severity of depression. Among these stressors are the loss of loved ones, including spouse and friends; physical disability; perceived loss of physical attractiveness; inability to psychologically defend oneself from unpleasant events; inability to care for oneself, which forces one to depend upon caregivers and long-term care; social isolation; and inevitably, the approach of death. In elders, depression often leads to malnutrition and may manifest itself as either anorexia (loss of appetite) or obesity. Anorectic elders lose weight and muscle mass, putting them at risk for chronic conditions such as osteoporosis.
Alcoholism is prevalent among socially isolated or depressed elders. People who consume excessive amounts of alcohol often have diets low in essential nutrients. Over time, excessive alcohol use can cause chronic liver disease, pancreatitis, secondary vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and protein-energy malnutrition.

By the comedy "cosmetic room" (Nip / Tuck) producer Ryan Murphy's new play development, "Glee" (Glee) is a very lively rhythm of the plot of class musical comedy. The story is about an optimist high school teachers Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison played) took over the school choir, the dream of his unit won the national competition. But in the face of reality is Will: to participate in the choir of the students varied, the vast majority are not gregarious, others are the eyes of others, "Frankenstein."

Whether One Can liberate from this World Drama?
The great philosophers have acknowledged each and every human being has a " life force "and on departure of this life force body remain dormant and decayed. That invisible force is responsible for life.
The “life force”, which no body can see in his naked eye but can feel, realize, sense and experience. There is something invisible and beyond this material world findings and detections . The life force acting within all of us when leaves this body , the body decays but this metaphysical force does not decay with death it migrates to carry another body in form of new born baby, continues to play its role. Most astonishing fact about recorded role in side the life force is imperishable, undeletable and indestructible, it carries huge reccords, which it plays with time. The life force keeps on playing its role again and again in spite of death. It is indestructible energy.
It is the matter of pleasure, joy and elation this invisible tiny "life force" or consciousness is indestructible, imperishable and indivisible no one can kill it.
We should not feel that our role will end with our death. We have to play our role even after death, no one can escape. So we should play our role cautiously and carefully because next role depends upon the present nature and virtues. With death man carries his Sanskar (resolves). With death, man carries the predetermined ideas, habits, mindset, nature or manner for next role which one exhibit with birth and with the growing age.
Like the physical energy , metaphysical energy is also indestructible, just it changes its state from pure to impure , during the state of purity it plays wonderful and successful role through the body, enjoys status and reputation but with time it tends to get impure, fetches miseries, pain and diseases.
Like a DVD disc which is capable of carrying 500 songs and whenever we play the same disc again and again we can hear the same songs repeatedly. And day by day with technological development relatively smaller disc carries immense memory. The memory power of such scientific devices are increasing, in future it may happen relatively smaller disc can be capable of carrying thousands time more. Similarly the divine entity the “ life force”, the consciousness, the spirit or soul is carrying the record of the indestructible role in this world drama, which it plays repeatedly.
No body can liberate from this world drama. This world drama is most powerful even God cannot disobey to the rule of this world drama. That is the reason we used to say the time is most powerful, and with time many things happen or perish.
As a Child of Liberator, the Supreme Father, everyone is going to get the "Liberation" by the grace or as the birth right at the end of this world drama. But no one can escape from this world drama for ever, as this world drama is going to repeat again and again. One has to come back to play its role again and again in this world drama.

In recent years, Delhi's value has reached the zenith owing to its importance in social, political and cultural events. Even foreign delegates and associations have increased its value. Land has always been a necessity for a harmonious survival for man. Shelter is of prime importance to one and all. But the twenty first century has witnessed a galore of populace which leaves little scope for shelter for one and all. Real estate is one area which has become a key factor in driving much of the masses' affair for housing and shelter. Thus Delhi real estate is at the peak at this point of time. It is not easy to get a property in Delhi.
Delhi properties have a huge demand in the Indian as well as overseas market and thus it has a growing price trend. It has a lot of prime locations like Prithviraj Road, Lodhi Road, Race course road, Aurangzeb Road, GK, Vasant Kunj, Areas around India Gate and CP and many more.
Delhi properties have been always in demand and the demand keeps on increasing. Delhi is the hub of everything whether companies, industries, residential properties etc. This has hugely and massively boomed the properties in Delhi. Delhi real estate is considered as the top market for the developers and builders from all over the country.
Property in Delhi has become a major issue as the number of people in need of land exceeds the amount of available land. Therefore, the cost of estates is shooting up to sky level and mostly land owners seek it a profitable business to give their lands on rent or sell them to earn huge profits. So people are moving to other NCR options like Noida, Faridabad and Gurgaon. But Delhi will always remain the priority and the best choice for anyone looking for Commercial, Residential or retail space.

Afraid of being Rejected; Afraid He Does Not Like Me
Written by: Gunborg Palme, certified psychologist and certified psychotherapist, teacher and tutor in psychotherapy.
First version: 22 Jul 2008. Latest revision: 22 Jul 2008.
I have problems talking to my boyfriend he thinks i'm not interested in him, when in reality i am I just have a hard time expressing my self for fear of being rejected. I am afraid he does not like me because of this. How can I overcome this?
Answer:
Would it be easier for you to write him a letter? Could you possibly show him your letter to me?
It is not easy to cure shyness. Often, it's a lifelong condition that keeps you from getting as much from life as more outgoing individuals. It's easier to get what you want out of life if you are daring. But it is true that many shy people get less afraid with time.
You say that you are afraid of feeling rejected, but in fact it's your boyfriend who's feeling rejected because you're not showing enough interest and affection.
You can't live life being afraid. You have to do things, even if they frighten you. It's like parachute jumping - you feel great anxiety and don't really know where you are going to land. Did you make a fool of yourself, or will everything turn out okay?
Whenever you think positive and loving thoughts about your boyfriend, speak them out loud, without thinking first. Take the risk of being rejected instead of rejecting him. And I promise, you will not be rejected! People happily receive all the love they can get.

Family relationship
Keeping your family close must start when you children are very young. If you instill in them at an early age the importance of family, chances are your message will stick when they become adults.
An important way to ensure family closeness is by creating special family traditions. While we all know every eats turkey on Thanksgiving, add something special to the day. Perhaps set aside this day for the entire family to play games. Try playing something as simple as Bingo, where everyone will get a prize - and here's the real treat - make the prizes "coupons". For instance, "This coupon good for one free movie with mom" or "This coupon good for one indoor picnic." Thanksgiving is traditionally a day for football, so organize a friendly family game of your own. You will be surprised how your children will come to treasure these special family times.
Of course, as your children grow, marry and have children of their own, it is not as easy to spend each holiday together. Be flexible and either alternate holidays or pick a few specific holidays where the entire family will be together. Sometimes this sounds like an overwhelming feat, especially if you have a large family, but as I said, children, even when they become adults, need those special occasions and traditions and they will go out of their way to make sure they happen.
Many families that have grown and multiplied considerably but are scattered through the country make it a point to hold a family reunion each year. This is a great opportunity for cousins to get to meet one another, sisters to catch up on gossip and mothers to sit back and enjoy their children and grandchildren.
Another basic premise for keeping your family close is raising them in such a way that they like each other. By this I mean treat your children equally as they are growing; do not favor one over the other as this will lead to jealousy and resentment and will probably continue into adulthood. Foster closeness among your children, praising them equally for their own accomplishments without comparing them to each other.
As your children reach adulthood, become more of a friend than a parent. By this I mean, don't make them feel guilty when they do not call or visit you on a daily basis. This will only lead to a relationship based on obligation rather than anticipation.
When careers and circumstances dictate moving away, you can still remain close. As I stated at the beginning of this article, the Internet has enabled us to reach out to others to ways that were never before possible. For the "computer nerd" in the family, have them set up a family web-site where each of you can "meet". Set up an Internet chess game or game room where once a week or once a month you all get together to play a game.
While modern technology will never replace the warmth of a mother's hug or the pat on the back from his father, keeping close is possible. When a family is built on love, respect and devotion, they will always find a way to be close - if not in body, then in spirit.
